KD1-40NARD and KD1-40NCRD are single-digit red 7-segment LED displays with a character height of 0.4 inch (10.16 mm). KD1-40NARD adopts a common anode configuration, while KD1-40NCRD uses a common cathode configuration.

Designed for readability at distances up to approximately 7 meters, these display deliver excellent reliability under bright ambient lighting. 

The standard version features red segments on a black surface. An optional version with red segments on a gray surface is also available upon request.
