Package Formats & Configurations:
- PLCC & SMD Packages: Available in a variety of industry-standard and custom package sizes, including PLCC-4, PLCC-6, and common footprints such as 3528, 5050, 6028, and 1515, together with other configurations to meet different PCB and optical design requirements.
- Chip LED Packages: Compact surface-mount designs, including 0605, 0805, 1206, 1010, 1204, and other standard or custom footprints for space-constrained and high-density PCB layouts.
- Mounting Orientations: Top-mount, reverse-mount, and right-angle side-emitting configurations, with selected dome-lens options for more focused and directional light output.
Color Combinations & Options:
- Bi-Color: Dual-die combinations such as red/green, red/blue, and yellow/green, with common-anode, common-cathode, or 2-lead inverse-parallel configurations available depending on package design.
- Tri-Color RGB: Red, green, and blue LED combinations for full-color mixing, multi-state indication, backlighting, and decorative lighting.
- Multi-Chip & Hybrid Configurations: RGBW, RGB + IR, and other visible or infrared LED combinations for specialized HMI, optical signaling, and infrared applications. Selected multi-color LEDs are also available with integrated IC drivers for simplified control and addressable lighting applications.
- Customization: Custom binning options are available for wavelength, luminous intensity, forward voltage (VF), and color, together with customized die and color combinations to meet specific OEM/ODM requirements.
